Project Overview

    * Ryall Associates will provide the key constructs of the financial policy along with a basic Revenue model based on key learning’s from Educational Institutions run by it.
     
  • Acquisition of Land

    Ryall Associates offers assistance in acquiring land for the purpose of setting up an Educational Institution.

    Suitable sites are evaluated in terms of potential of the designated area to populate the school with minimum marketing efforts during the first two years.

    Many sites suffer from draw- backs such as mis-match of demographic profile, lack of nuclear families and households with school going children, lack of service roads etc;

    Ryall Associates will usually conduct a profiling exercise of the local populace and map potential to the area along with a survey of school fees, sample of economic background of residents etc.
     
  • Appointment of Architects

    This is a critical decision and Ryall Associates provides Advisory services that cover areas such as Planning of the Campus, orientation of Building Clusters, Design of Classrooms, Design of Play areas, Design of Indoor and outdoor facilities for Sports, Hostel and Cafeteria, Libraries and Computer/Fine Art Laboratories, etc.
     
  • Framing of Financial Policy

    This is a complex task and requires a great deal of planning, and budgeting with realistic input of key learnings based on successful, field-tested learning.

    Ryall Associates supplies Feasibility reports and revenue models that are ready TO BE SIMPLY PLUGGED INTO THE SYSTEM.

    Ryall Associates also supplies Financial Operation models, Loan and Payback models, and can depute key staff to implement these modules.

    Based on this we recommend evolving a Revenue model based on experiential learnings to set up Salary and Reimbursement models.
     
  • Financial Policy

    The Financial Policy acts as a Platform and guide post for Decision making.     • Expenditure templates take into account Salary structures, employee benefits, PF and other management contributions, operating costs, maintenance schedules, Fleet operating and maintenance costs, renewal of assets based on Timelines.
       
    • Ryall Associates also offers Staffing and training of key positions in the Finance department, to facilitate the smooth adoption of accounting practices and to ensure a high degree of Financial Management along with administration of the Budget.

    • Appointment of Marketing, Communications & Media Consultants
      New schools usually start out with the disadvantage of being unknown. In order to offset the lack of a reputation, it is prudent to engage Marketing consultants who will conduct a Positioning exercise.

      Positioning, by definition is what you do to the consumers mind.

      By evolving an effective positioning, one can usually overcome the result of years of exposure to Legacy schools and the reputation they have earned.
       
    • Recruitment

      In order to ensure smooth functioning Ryall Associates provides services that include empanelling consultants to screen potential Principals/Head teachers /Department Heads and other levels of teaching and Administrative staff.
       
    • Framing of Educational Policy and guidelines:

      The Director Education in consultation with an Education Counselor formulates Key decisions regarding Subjects offered, Electives, Emphasis on Sports and Extra Curricular activities, On -campus facilities and infrastructure, minimum qualifications expected for each level from Teaching staff, Workshops recommended, etc;
       
    • Framing of Curriculum

      Along with the designated Principal and Head of Departments, the Director Education will frame the curriculum for the school and announce this at the earliest.
       
    • Framing of Rules & Regulations

      Ryall Associates offers modules tailored to suit the planned facility and environment.
      Policies include intake, recruitment, and exit policies, rules of conduct, regulatory practices under the Educational Appellate Tribunal, Disciplinary Action and such rules relating to HR as applicable to schools.

      These policies are crucial to the smooth functioning of the Institution, and above all safe guard the Institution against litigation by disgruntled employees and Unions seeking to exploit Private Enterprise.

      Design and constitution of Senior and Junior Libraries:
