Akash David Ryall, Director
Akash David Ryall is recognized as an Educator who commands high
standing and repute among both State Government and Educational
Administrative Board circles such as ICSE and ISC Boards in New
Delhi.
Akash has a Masters Degree in Literature from Mysore University
and a Masters Degree in Education from the California State University
(USA). He also holds a Certificate in Sp. Education from the University
California (USA).
Akash has worked with some of the most reputed schools in the US
- Roosevelt High and Glendale Middle School as Coordinator, and
as an understudy to the Principal at the Pasadena Elementary School.
Consequently he has a thorough understanding of School Administration,
Cost Management and Human Resource Development in both India and
abroad.
He is also a designated Inspector for ICSE schools to grant clearance
for affiliation and is currently the Elected Convener of the ICSE
/ ISC Anglo Indian Sports Meet, a body recognized by the Principals
of ICSE Schools in Bangalore.
He brings to the table his experience of over a decade managing
Bethany High, a full-fledged institution with 3000+ students, providing
education from the Pre-primary level to the 12th grade, where students
are offered the Indian School Certificate (ISC).
He is also the Principal of Bethany Special School, which has
been reaching out to mentally/physically challenged children,
since 1983.
 In addition he serves as the Director Education for Greenwood High,
and Eagle Ridge High, two ventures that have been promoted with
his direct involvement as an Educational Consultant.
Akash has organized and brought about radical changes in both the
academic and non-academic standards of schools. Some of his initiatives
include bringing about a vocational approach to learning, incorporating
technology in education through computerized lesson plans and establishing
a unique monitoring process for systems and education through regular
evaluation programs for teachers.
